WPC, rightly called TERAFEST® composite wood, represents the combination of the best of both worlds; it takes its appearance and pleasant surface from wood, and its durability from plastic (specifically HDPE). Thanks to this, the Czech manufacturer Woodplastic gives it a guarantee of up to 25 years.
In 2013, we built a terrace near our family home. In the end, we decided to use high-quality composite boards from Woodplastic, and today we are glad that we did. We would like to highlight their durability, maintenance-free, pleasant surface and nice appearance, which they retain even after more than 9 years. And they had to endure a lot, from grilling, construction work and two children who really did not spare the terrace.

We chose the Terafest® terrace because it fits into the design concept of our house. Since we have a small child, we were looking for a terrace that does not slip, does not form chips and is easy to wash. I like that it is a Czech product and the material is harmless to health. Terafest does not need to be sanded, oiled or impregnated against pests or rot. When the composite decking is dirty, you simply spray it with water (with a high-pressure cleaner in the direction of the grooves).

You can safely walk barefoot on the Terafest composite decking; it does not slip but also does not create chips, so it is safe for children and animals. Terafest® solid boards never twist, so there is no danger of tripping.
Cheap wood plastics from China do not give this material a good name. So be careful when choosing WPC. If the material looks very “plastic” at first glance or, on the contrary, it visibly crumbles when cut, it is definitely not the right thing. After all, you want your new dream wood plastic composite decking to make you happy for more than two years. We guarantee ours for up to 25 years.
